I am Hawaiian, but have been living in Virginia for the past 21 years. Before that I lived in Pago Pago, Samoa. I have traveled and lived in many places. I enjoy adventures, but do not enjoy the "bar scene." At present, my travels seem to be to Hawaii and New York City where my daughters attend college. I love the performing arts and cultural diversity. Just bought season tickets to the opera. I dance hula & love music.
My Ideal Person:
I'm searching for a Rembrandt, a four-leaf-clover, a Halley's Comet. Not the ordinary person, but someone to challenge me intellectually. Someone who is wordly, but not arrogant. Someone with solid morals. I'm attracted to Caucasian men, not sure why. I'm looking for someone fun to be around, yet who can be serious and sensitive. I'd like to find someone who is not overweight, but still cuddly.
The last great book I read
How does one define a "great" book. Most books
are good and many are just "great" reads. I am
presently reading "Istanbul" by Pamuk and
the Soloist.
My most humbling moment
I've had too many of these. Most last a life time and
are far too embarrassing to share with strangers.
Favorite on-screen sex scene
The one that sticks in my brain is Dances With Wolves. The
first sensual scene I remember seeing live as a teen was
a ballet done to an arabic influenced scene in the Nutcracker
Suite.
